I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to see if we’re a good fit for each other. During our consultation, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and review how my practice works.
To get started, just fill out the contact form. I do my best to return all inquiries within 1-2 business days.

We’ll begin with an assessment session where we talk about your current situation, lifestyle, history, relationships, and any challenges you’re facing. This is a chance for us to connect, and I encourage you to share your needs and ask any questions you have about my approach.
After that, we’ll work together to create a therapeutic plan that outlines your goals and helps guide our sessions. This process is flexible and can evolve as we begin working together.

I am what is known as an out-of-network provider. Not being in-network with insurance allows me to focus on your needs instead of being limited by what is or isn’t covered by insurance. Sessions are billed to your debit or credit card on the day of the appointment. FSA/HSA cards are accepted.
If you have insurance, I am happy to provide you with a detailed receipt of services to submit to your insurance if you have out of network benefits. I have partnered with Thrizer to verify your insurance out of network benefit and assist you with the submission process.
My fee allows me to hold a select amount of slots for sliding scale clients through Open Path Collective. For information about their wonderful program, please visit their website.

15 min phone consultations are FREE

To ensure that your therapy appointment is held exclusively for you, please remember to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. This helps me offer that time to someone else who may need it. If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, there’s no fee or penalty.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or don’t show up, the full session fee will be charged to the credit card on file. For telehealth sessions, please log in within 10 minutes of your scheduled time; otherwise, it will be considered a no-show. Of course, I always take emergencies into account.
If you find yourself needing to reschedule frequently, it might indicate that we should talk about whether our sessions are truly meeting your needs. Your progress is important to me, and I want to ensure you’re getting the most out of our time together.
